Before going any further, if you have not read all the information about our Collective Policy before, do so:

In the following form you can register as a Member with AVLE Insurance for the year 2019. Any Free Flight Pilot can register as an AVLE Associate, just want to be part of this adventure. The deadline to join the AVLE 2019 Collective Policy expires on March 31, 2018. No registrations will be accepted after that date, which adhere to the Collective Policy.

You have to be aware that the registration is only for the current year, in no case is for calendar years. So if you register in January or March, your registration as an associate will end on December 31 of the current year. Regardless of when you registered. In December, from the start of the Membership Renewal Campaign, all formalised registrations are understood for the following year.

This year we are going to be very clear that only free flight pilots can be insured with our collective policy. If any pilot of free flight to the time is user of Paramotor has to know that the collective policy covers that modality also. To register in the collective policy we must facilitate the courses that qualify us as free flight pilots, the year in which they were taken, the School that taught them, and the experience (flight hours) that we have. Remember that the veracity of these data is the responsibility of the one who provides them, and AVLE reserves the right to verify this veracity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Read before filling out the form, or later if you don’t understand something…

After filling out the form, what happens?

When you fill in the registration form, an automatic mail is sent.

With subject:

Join Member With Insurance 2019

from this email account:

What’s in that first automatic mail?

The automatic mail that is sent after filling out the registration form has two objectives:

  • to send the data entered in the form for you to review,
  • to give you payment instructions.

I didn’t get the automatic mail...

Let’s not get nervous, the automatic mail should be sent no more than five minutes after filling out the registration form. Sometimes that email can go directly to the Spam or Junk folder on your mail server. We advise you to search the mail by subject and sender. You will probably find it in that folder. If your email is Gmail, read the Gmail section of these frequently asked questions.

Could it be that for technical reasons it wasn’t sent? Yes, it can happen that there are so many requests to the server that the emails don’t come out correctly. If it hasn’t reached you, write to us at ‘’ and say that the mail hasn’t reached you.

I’ve already paid the fee, and now what?

Thank you very much for paying the fee, we always advise you to send to “” a proof of the transfer. In this way we shorten deadlines, the banks play with the transfers and it can take up to 72 hours for them to appear in our account.

Once we have proof of payment of the fee, we send the details of the member to the Insurance Company. They process the definitive registration. We undertake to notify you via email of this procedure twenty-four hours after doing so. The reason is simple, we give the opportunity to the insurer to check the data and see if there is something that does not add up. As for example an incorrect NIF.

Notice confirming registration in AVLE

Well, once we send the discharge to the Insurer, twenty-four hours later we send you an email.

With subject:

Welcome to AVLE 2019

from this email account:

We send it from a mass mailing application. For this reason it can also be treated by your mail server as Spam or Unwanted Mail. It is best to mark AVLE emails as spam or not spam. If you don’t find this mail in your inbox, do a search by subject or sender. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at “”. If your email is Gmail go to their section in these FAQs.

Okay, but how long does it take you to go through this whole process

Taking into account holidays and weekends, we tell you how we do it in general. During the second fortnight of December, when we open the term, and the month of January we send daily registrations to the insurance company. If no unforeseen event occurs, since we have proof of the transfer, it takes 48 hours to send you the notice of registration. For example, if you do not send proof, and it takes three days for the transfer to appear, we would go to five days, always workable. Registrations are sent at 13:30

Since February and March, we only send registrations on Tuesdays and Thursdays, also at 13:30. And we proceed twenty-four hours after sending them to the insurer we send you the notice of registration in AVLE.

Registration email content

In the AVLE registration email, we send you the access keys to the members’ private area. In this area you have the member card to download in PDF. At the suggestion of a member, since this year we have also provided a back side of the card. At the same time, in this e-mail we tell you something or other and we ask you to familiarize yourselves with this year’s claims protocol. It changes a little with respect to previous years.

Gmail versus AVLE mail

It’s completely proven Gmail doesn’t treat us very well… Well it doesn’t really treat our emails well. Rare is the occasion when he puts them in our inbox. It usually sends them to other ‘folders’ that Gmail has by default. Folders like “Social,” “Notifications,” “Promotions,” or “Forums. And when not to the Spam folder.

Luckily, Gmail has a good search engine, and by searching by subject or sender you can easily locate them. The thing is to tell Gmail that this mail is not from that folder to which it sends our mail, how? The square on the left is pointed out and the option ‘Not social’ appears on the toolbar.
